Ang forum kasi natin maraming sections kaya kung maglalagay ka ng chit-chat thread in one or in every section then what's the use of having a variety of sections kung pede na pagusapan sa isang thread? It defeats the purpose of having different sections.

Pede naman kayo gumawa ng chit-chat thread of some sort provided that there's a specific theme or topic sa thread. Let me give you an example:

1) The Mens Thread
2) Lovers Thread
3) University of Sto.Tomas Thread

or tulad nung virginity thread that's already here in the section.

You get the idea? Kasi ang chit-chat thread in general is very broad at breeding grounds ng mga spammers.

All members can give reputation points. Only moderators can give infractions.

sir, in HLRs when a CA founds out on sight any abusive activity such as flooding or advertising phishing sites or in a game a certain player suddenly leaves, can a CA make a moved to punish this abuser without any ban request from fellow player or any notice to the culprit for banning him/her? or a CA must produce first a proof in order to punish this certain abuser?

on sight abuse, is it automatic punishment?
