    cant connect to garena client zzz

    ive been playing garena for almost a year already and in that span of time i havent encountered problems with my garena client except for those internet connection problems only. but lately, after updated the client, whenever i log in my account in garena, nothing happens, what i mean is no authentication, no connecting to server, (you know what i mean here). i've already reinstall the client. check the firewall settings of my computer, my internet connection is good, but still nothing happens. i've also tried logging in my laptop but still it doesnt work. can someone help me fix this? below is the screenshot.

    Hello,

    Try to download again the client here: http://www.garena.ph/~client/
    And reinstall Garena. Also check the UDP Port(Advanced Network Settings) if it's set to 1513.

    Just let us know if still can't connect after those.

    hello sir goodevening. ive done it several times but still nothing happens
    ive tried switching servers too but still it doesnt work.

    Try to check the Specific Port in the Advanced Network Settings
    and set TCP Port to 7456. Then log in.
