Hi all. I hope somebody could help me..

the problem is My game account level didn't upgrade for a long time...just don't know why, still stay in lv13, 76%...I watch it few day, after i played so many games around, still stay on 76%!!!

whats wrong with this, anyone can help? I thought it was some problem with my software or my game account. therefore, i delete it, reset as well as new account... but... now...the new account is still on 0%!!!
