    Unhappy i cannot add friends on my garena messenger

    i cannot add friends on my garena messenger.. my friend tried to add me, it says that the request has been sent but i do not receive any request. Likewise with me, ive been trying to add a friend on my buddy list, the a request has been made but he doesn't receive any. what could be the problem?
